Zone-wise, only a few aspect changes from the last build. Sargeras' Sword, which was just a pink cube in the last build, now uses the same model as it does on the live servers, but without the red, corruption, effects, likely as a result of the retirement of the Artifact Weapons (Spoilers).
This build adds a new content screen, for when you first log on. It covers Ulduar Timewalking, the Leveling Changes, and some Wound in the World story. Note that Allied Races are not present on this splash screen, they are coming in Battle for Azeroth not 7.3.5.
This build adds the Nightborne Tabard and related icon.
